When something breaks,someone goes out.
When heat fails, a door will not close, or a pipe leaks, a real person takes the request. Maintenance meets every weekday, then Scott or Gavin goes out to fix it.
Winter is the same crew, different job. Russ plows the lots. Walks get shoveled. Students are not left to dig out a parking space.
Residents submit requests in the portal so the work is documented.

$100,000
Protection for accidental damage
Insurance if they accidentally damage the unit.
Every lease requires it. Coverage stops at $100,000, so there is a clear worst case. The lease names the insurer and how it is billed.
An accidental tenant-caused fire happened recently. This very insurance is what covered the rebuild.

I have lived in 3 Bradway apartments over 4 years. The family and their crews have always treated me very well. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. I have moved between a few different properties and never had issues related to deposits. Derek keeps his word and is up front about expectations. If you rent from him, read your lease, ask questions if you don't understand something, and abide by the lease terms.
