Derek Bradway grew up in the U.P. He and his wife are Michigan Tech alumnus. They have 3 children. He and his family attend Rugged Cross Church in Hancock. He started this business by purchasing a duplex, and it has continued to grow over the past 30 years. Derek is active in the local community and creates local jobs for local people.

Tom is the Office Manager and Bre, the Rental Manager. Along with a maintenance crew and cleaners. Our number one goal as a group is to take care of our properties and our tenants.
